At ZenMysticalArts, each piece is handcrafted with intention and care. Many of our items, including the Table of RA and custom art pieces, are made to order.
Pre-Orders & Custom Pieces
All pre-order and custom-made items are final sale. Orders may only be canceled prior to production.
30-Day Return Policy
For eligible items, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
• Item must be unused and in original condition
• Original packaging must be intact
• Proof of purchase is required
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include photos of the packaging and product so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Return Process

If approved, we will provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Custom-built furniture
• Personalized pieces
• Limited edition art
• Final sale items
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
